*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Handle a *complex caseload* of employment claims
* Take initial instructions and provide *clear, accurate legal advice*
* Progress claims promptly and in line with *legal expenses insurance policies*
* *Supervise* other employment lawyers, offering support and guidance throughout the litigation process
* Act for clients across the *full range of employment disputes*, from initial assessment to enforcement
* Maintain accurate records and time logs
* Identify and manage risks in line with DLG Legal Services policies and the *SRA Code of Conduct*
* Lead your own *learning and development*, and contribute to team improvement initiatives
* Act as a *Subject Matter Expert*, supporting strategic development and best practice
*What We’re Looking For*
* Minimum *3 years’ experience* handling employment claims
* Qualified *Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal*
* Strong knowledge of *employment law* and *Employment Tribunal procedures*
* Experience with *Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims* is desirable but not essential
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year
