Sourcing Manager – Marketing & Print Services 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activity across marketing and print services, including media buying, creative agencies, promotional materials, and print fulfilment.
This position blends hands-on sourcing (80%) with category management (20%), offering a varied and dynamic workload. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver robust commercial outcomes, ensure compliance, and unlock value across the supply base.
Serve as the primary procurement contact for the Marketing function, providing commercial advice and supporting campaign delivery.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across marketing and print categories—from supplier onboarding and RFP management to negotiations and contract renewals.
Run competitive tenders and direct negotiations to secure strong commercial value and service quality.
Manage supplier requisitions, onboarding processes, and contract lifecycles in line with internal procurement and third-party risk frameworks.
Work with risk, compliance, and legal colleagues to monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and due diligence requirements.
Provide oversight and additional governance for suppliers with higher risk profiles, including quarterly business reviews and assurance activities.
Support category strategy development through spend analysis, supplier consolidation opportunities, and identifying value-driven improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure procurement activities align with business priorities.
Contribute to reporting, planning, and governance requirements within the procurement function.
Proven experience in procurement or sourcing roles, ideally within the financial services sector.
Strong background in marketing procurement or professional services, with broader exposure to indirect categories.
Skilled negotiator with solid contract management experience.
Confident building relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working through frameworks, policies, and third-party risk controls.
