This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with a strong background in education who is looking to play a key role in shaping HR operations within a developing trust. Key Role Information Position: School HR Manager Location: Wembley, London Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP or September 2026 Sector Experience Required: Minimum 5 years HR experience in a school, college or university Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HR operations across the trust Oversee recruitment processes including advertising, selection and onboarding Provide HR advice to senior leadership teams on employee relations and policy Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding and HR best practice Maintain HR systems, records and staff documentation Support staff development, wellbeing and performance management processes About the Trust The role sits within a small but ambitious Multi-Academy Trust that is continuing to grow.
