About the role:
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our process automation initiatives and manage large-scale IT projects across our organisation.
As a Process and Platform Automation Developer, you will be required to develop, maintain, and review the service operations platform (ServiceNow and IBM Process Automation) and be required to arrange meetings covering enhancements and continuous improvement to ensure that systems are kept up-to-date to provide consistent service to the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Information Security and Risk Manager with forecasting and developing long term strategy for process automation
• Managing large projects adhering to processes devised by the Business Transformation team
• Designing the framework used to manage the process automation activities
• Taking ownership of continuous process improvement working with the supplier and business to ensure enhancements and changes can be used effectively
• Organising and chairing regular meetings with senior management to identify continuous improvement, reviews of current performance and future projects

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in the role, you will need: • At least 3 years experience in a technical role (preferably System Administration, Business Analysis, or Platform Development/Configuration)
• A degree in Computer Science or Technical background in Systems supported with relevant qualifications
• To be analytical with an aptitude for development in a low code environment
• To understand and explain complex scenarios to audiences that may have varying levels of technical understanding
• Experience of documenting your work and explaining changes to wider audiences
• To be a self-starter who can also work well as part of a team
• Experience of working on or with similar platforms and tools is beneficial
