Job Description
If you are looking for an interim project where you can apply your HR experience and provide support to this business at a crucial time then I would like to hear from you! This is a 6 month fixed term contract based on site at least 4 days a week in Copley. You will support a team of 120 with the following:
Responsibilities:
* To manage HR BAU activity of a busy manufacturing Operation to include (but not limited to)
* Absence management
* Engagement
* Supporting and advising Line Managers on all HR related matters and policies
* Working and Engaging with Unions
* Individual Case Management
* Supporting HR related projects
* Maintenance of HRIS
Experience:
* Experience working in operational/manufacturing environment
* Experience working with Unions
* Ability to multi-task
* Happy to work hands-on and standalone
* Proficient with Absence Management and case management
* Ability to forge solid relationships
* Proficient in use of HRIS systems – preferably ITRENT
* Organised and good attention to detail
