Serving as a generalist HR expert, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Implement and monitor performance management programs to drive high performance. Nurture a positive working environment and develop employee engagement initiatives. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal systems. Maintain and enhance company policies and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring they are equipped to manage their roles effectively. Oversee and implement employee development programs and training. Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven strategies for improvement. Oversee the small health and safety team, ensuring 100% compliance. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to develop HR strategies and manage implementation across various departments. Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change. Experience in conflict resolution, talent management, and performance management.
