Property Sales Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Sales Executive to join a well-established, independent Estate Agency based in Chester.
We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and passionate about guiding clients through one of the most important journeys of their lives - buying and selling property!
Responsibilities:
1. Matching properties to prospective buyers using industry-specific customer relationship management software. Calling prospective buyers to discuss new listings.
2. Dealing with incoming enquiries (online, telephone, social media) and booking viewings.
3. Conducting property viewings.
4. Gathering feedback from viewings and discussing with vendors.
5. Handling offers and negotiating sales.
6. Writing property particulars for listings.
7. Collaborating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to progress sales from offer to completion.
Working Hours:
This role primarily involves Monday to Friday work, with a Saturday rota.
