Responsibilities

* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on culinary trends.
* Serve meals to guests with attention to presentation and customer service.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
* Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, demonstrating safe handling practices.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
* Previous experience in a Kitchen/Restaurant setting is essential.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment.

* Must be able to work weekend, late evenings and Bank Holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 20.00 – 35.00 per week
