Temporary Site Manager | Falkirk | 5-Week Refurbishment Project We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fire stopping and refurbishment project based in Falkirk. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on manager who can keep programmes tight, paperwork sharp, and trades moving like a well-oiled forklift ballet. 🏗️ The Role * Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live refurb project * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently * Coordinating fire stopping activities and general refurbishment works * Maintaining site health & safety standards and site documentation * Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to keep progress on track * Ensuring quality standards and programme deadlines are met Requirements * Previous experience managing refurbishment projects * Fire stopping project experience preferred * Valid SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid certification * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to hit the ground running What’s On Offer * £27.50 per hour CIS * Approx. 5 weeks’ work * Immediate start available * Falkirk location If you’re available and interested, apply now with your CV or get in touch for more information...
