Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in supporting global HR functions. This includes managing HR systems and data (HRIS), overseeingpensation, benefits & payroll processes, and supporting global mobility operations. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR service delivery and maintaining a positive employee experience.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring prior HR experience along with a solid understanding ofpensation, benefits, payroll, and global mobility. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment, with excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
