Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of all site activities
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
* Driving the programme to meet deadlines and milestones
* Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
* Liaising with Project Managers, suppliers, and inspectors
* Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
