We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Estates and Facilities to join us at Ty Hafan.
About the role:
The Head of Estates and Facilities will provide an effective service-based provision for all estates planning, management and facility support activities, ensuring our property portfolio is fit for purpose and compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations. This includes leading a proactive and responsive maintenance service that supports the operational needs of the Charity.
This post holder is the Health and Safety Lead for the Charity, co-ordinating, supporting and advising on all aspects with regards to health and safety to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.This post holder also chairs the Health and Safety Committee, and is responsible for monitoring, managing and reporting on all matters pertaining to Health & Safety compliance and regulation.
