Client Services Administrator (Financial Planning) Belfast || Hybrid Working || £28-32,000 Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and growing financial planning firm based in Belfast as they look to appoint a Client Services Administrator to join their financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience within an IFA or financial planning environment who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative firm. The role has been created as part of the business continued growth and will play an important part in supporting the team as they roll out a new internal platform. You will work closely with experienced Financial Planners and Paraplanners, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial planning activities while helping to ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service. The Role As a key member of the client services team, you will provide administrative support across the financial planning process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a liaison between the firm and product providers to obtain information and progress client requests Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately Assisting with the transfer and consolidation of client assets onto the firms new platform Processing new business applications and ensuring cases are followed through to completion Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems Supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administrative requirements Candidate Criteria To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: 12 years experience within an IFA, wealth management firm, or similar financial services environment Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy team environment An interest in progressing within the financial planning profession A willingness to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (support provided) Benefits Our client offers a competitive salary alongside an attractive and supportive working environment, including: £28,000 £32,000 starting salary Hybrid working (2 days from home) Flexible start and finish times Study support towards professional qualifications Pension contribution and enhanced family leave benefits Health cashback plan Genuine opportunities for long-term career development A collaborative and positive company culture To apply for this Client Services Administrator (Financial Planning) opportunity, please submit your CV via the link below or contact Beth Gault at Artemis Human Capital for a confidential discussion.
