This is an office-based role at our HQ in Darwen, BB3 1AE. Key Roles & Responsibilities Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Support the implementation and optimisation of people processes across the employee lifecycle. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management. Act as a first-line support for People-related queries, providing timely and professional responses Deliver excellent customer service to our practices and support teams, ensuring queries are resolved or escalated appropriately. Collaborate with the wider People Team to ensure compliance and consistency in HR practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service delivery Our Ideal Person You are a detail-oriented and process-driven individual with experience in HR administration and a keen interest in systems.
