What You’ll Be Doing
* Learning the full recruitment lifecycle:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates
* Business development and client acquisition
* Managing interviews and offers
* Negotiating salaries and placement fees
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Working towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets
* Using modern recruitment tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
* Becoming a specialist recruiter within a technical market
