Shape the future of Reward at one of the UK's most recognisable retail brands, covering a period of leave for 3 to 4 months. This role would be brilliant for a Reward / Compensation / Benefits specialist who has worked in major organisations
Responsibilities Include:
Be a day-to-day reward expert for the company, coaching colleagues on reward and benefits processes and queries, reporting as part of a small reward function
Engage the business ensure Reward is valued
Plan and delivery of the annual reward cycle activity - pay reviews, bonus etc. (typically announce in February)
Help launch a revised incentive scheme for our sales population
Drive improvements across reward and support ongoing change initiatives
Conduct external benchmarking and provide insight
We are looking for:
Experience in Reward Specific roles, ideally in large, complex organisations
Understanding of the pay review cycle and benchmarking
Experience of reward packages for sales employees would be beneficial
Retail experience would be beneficial, but not essential
