About The Role
Days of Working: Working Saturdays and Sundays 12pm to 6pm

Responsibilities
* The preparation, cooking, presentation and service of meals to the highest possible standards.
* Provide food that complies with national nutritional policies and food hygiene standards.
* Ensure timely plating and delivery to patient areas.
* Contributes to the implementation of service developments i.e. new menus, production systems.
* Submit requisitions for additional food stores depending upon demand.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
* Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
* Knowledge and experience across a broad range of cooking methods, recipe formulation and service requirements.
* Knowledge and understanding of HACCP & COSHH acquired over time with training.
* Intimate knowledge of Fire Safety as applied in the kitchen setting.
* Allergen qualification/training.
