Role Details
* Job Title: Senior HR Administrator
* Location: Birmingham B44 8NE (with occasional travel to other sites as needed)
* Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
* Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), with flexibility for candidates with strong experience
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with the possibility of Permanent
* Salary: £20ph or up to £35k per year (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Support in the transition to the new Itrent People System
* HR administration, including managing employee records, processes, and systems support
What We Are Looking For
* Itrent / Systems Experience: Previous experience with the Itrent HR system is essential.
* Employment Type: Are you looking for a Temporary, FTC, or Permanent role? Please specify your preference.
