Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Proactively grow and manage an SME customer portfolio through outbound sales activity
Source and convert new business opportunities using provided data and self-generated leads
Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with energy supplier partners
Deliver high levels of customer service to maximise retention and lifetime value
Ensure all sales activity meets internal compliance, regulatory, and industry standards
About You:
Minimum 2 years’ sales executive experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Confident building relationships over the phone and via email
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable managing your own workload and taking ownership of outcomes
Energy industry experience is desirable but not essential
