Who you are:
* Experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter: You have experience managing the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house) and understand the importance of a world-class candidate experience.

* Pharma/Healthcare Knowledge (Plus): While not essential, knowledge of the pharma/healthcare industry, experience organising recruitment days, hiring Sales talent, and recruiting in Miami and London is a plus.
What you’ll do:
* Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer, partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews.
* Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires.
* Create Engaging Job Advertisements: Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
* Proactively Source Candidates: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions.
* Manage Recruitment Data & KPIs: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process.
* Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable providing and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our recruitment strategies.
Key Information
* Reports to: Joe Morrison, Head of People
* Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
* Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
* Location: London/Moorgate office
We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
