Key Responsibilities:
The Appeals Service provides administrative support to tribunals set up to hear appeals against decisions made by the Department for Communities, Child Maintenance and Enforcement Division, Inland Revenue, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and Rates Collection Agency. The job role will include tracing post, using Word, Excel and Outlook and the Appeals System ‘NIAPS’ and other administrative duties.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. 2 GCSE’s of Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
