As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and match them with solutions that genuinely make a difference. This is a high‑energy, people‑focused role where your communication skills and drive will set you apart.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with potential customers via inbound & outbound calls
- Asking the right questions to understand customer requirements
- Closing sales and hitting monthly targets
- Keeping internal systems up to date
- Building confidence fast in a supportive, coaching-led environment
- Forming client relationships from the initial point of contact, to becoming a dependable manager of their account

- Target-driven and motivated by hitting goals
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to new ways of working
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
