Astronomer is hiring a Senior Recruiter, GTM as our first recruiting team member based in the UK. While the title emphasizes Go-To-Market hiring, this role will support recruitment across a broad range of functions—including technical, operational, and customer-facing roles. You'll play a key role in scaling Astronomer's team globally by driving full-cycle recruiting, developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, and building processes that reflect our mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM, technical, and other key roles—ranging from Sales and Marketing to Customer Engineering and beyond.

What you bring to the role
* 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong foundation in GTM hiring and exposure to technical and cross-functional roles.
* Deep understanding of GTM teams and how to identify, engage, and assess talent in these areas.
* Experience supporting hiring across various business units, not limited to GTM.
* Proven ability to design and refine recruitment processes that scale.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Success in managing senior-level and hard-to-fill searches.
Bonus points if you have
* Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company.
* Familiarity with UK and EMEA hiring landscapes.
