Job Description: As a Quality Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education services. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with centre directors and educators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
You will also be responsible for attending regulatory body inspections and providing support to centres to achieve the highest possible outcome. In addition, you will work with centre-based educators to prepare them for inspections and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Key Skills and Experience
* Extensive knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted's Early Years Inspection framework
* Previous experience of assessing a setting's quality based on these frameworks
* Minimum of 3 years' working at a senior level within early years settings
* Confident communication skills and ability to challenge practice where necessary
