Job Description 37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. This is a remote working role which requires travel. Purpose of the post: Responsible for identifying and securing laboratory and consultancy services business to achieve the business plan objectives within assigned markets/clients. The job holder must continually develop knowledge of the outsourcing strategy of the assigned clients and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies that maximize opportunities to provide analytical and consultancy services. Achieve sales targets Meet targets for visits, calls, meetings, and CRM entries Develop account plans by analyzing clients’ organization and activities to assess potential requirements for Eurofins biocide/disinfectant testing services Assess test requirements, methods, and client study specifications to ensure high-quality, timely proposals that meet profitability goals Manage contractual processes including confidentiality agreements, preferred provider agreements, and pricing agreements Prepare and deliver reports on account, activity, and market status at local and global levels Identify opportunities for quality and service improvements, and implement action plans for continuous improvement Promote Eurofins’ image at conferences, trade fairs, and information campaigns Mentor and coach less experienced team members Perform other duties as required Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Chemicals, Detergents, and Biocides market Experience in a chemicals/biocides consultancy company Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional events Additional Information Eurofins offers various employee benefits, including enhanced annual leave, pension plans, healthcare, and career development opportunities.
