Overview
We are seeking a Quality Manager, to be based at our Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway campus.
Responsibilities
* The post holders will be responsible for managing all activities relating to the development of effective quality performance, assurance and continuous enhancement of college-wide quality strategies and systems underpinning learning and teaching, learning engagement and quality culture.
* You will ensure UHI North, West and Hebrides comply with all internal and external stakeholder standards and regulations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* A relevant qualification in the subject area – at HND Level (SCQF Level 8), or above or equivalent current experience.
* You will have experience in managing a diverse team within a tertiary setting and proven experience of working with external awarding bodies and agencies.
* You should have excellent communication, planning, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
* A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £42,522 - £44,600 per annum, pro rata, Plus Islands Allowance
Location: Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway
Working Hours: 35 hours, Permanent
