We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a high-end residential refurbishment in Kensington. The project involves a full internal and external renovation of a super-prime private residence, with values in excess of £10M. This is a prestigious opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering best-in-class finishes to the most exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. * Manage site logistics, trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. * Coordinate with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design Team to drive the program. * Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations, CDM requirements, and site safety protocols. * Quality control – sign off on high-spec finishes and ensure adherence to design details and client expectations. * Monitor and manage procurement schedules and lead times. * Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and client updates. * Lead weekly site meetings and subcontractor coordination. * Act as the main point of contact for client representatives, consultants, and building control. Required Experience & Skills: * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects in central London. * Proven track record delivering super-prime finishes with a meticulous eye for detail. * Solid understanding of structural refurbishments, MEP coordination, and luxury interior fit-out. * Strong leadership and communication skills – confident managing multiple trades on a live site. * Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Aconex, or similar site reporting tools. Desirable: * Experience with listed buildings or projects in Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia, or Mayfair. * Knowledge of high-spec materials, bespoke joinery, and specialist finishes. * Relevant construction qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent)
