5. There is the flexibility to earn uncapped commission, with an OTE of up to £55,000.
Duties:
6. Be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships within the education and care sectors,
7. Promoting minibuses for school and care home transport,
8. Managing customer visits across the UK,
9. and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs,
10. You'll also handle administrative aspects of sales and liaise closely with the sales team and management to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements for the Minibus Sales Executive:
11. Proven sales experience within the motor trade or a transferable sales background from a related sector.
12. Full UK driving licence is essential.
13. Preference for individuals who hold or are prepared to obtain a D1 CPC licence for vehicle operation.
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach.
15. Ability to build rapport with clients are fundamental.
16. Candidates should be comfortable with some travel throughout the UK.
