Recruiters Required -Hove East Sussex US and European Hours
We are currently looking for two motivated Recruiters to join our team — one supporting the US market and one covering APAC and Europe (working the respective hours). Joining MRL means recruiting for organisations at the forefront of the semiconductor and advanced technology sectors. The candidates you’ll work with are designing the chips, devices, and systems that power everything from AI and electric vehicles to high-performance computing, renewable energy technology, and next-generation communications. Your work directly supports the people building the technologies that will define the future.
In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment process for existing clients, from taking job briefs to sourcing talent, running interviews and managing offers. There is no business development — you’ll focus entirely on delivery, relationship management, and helping clients secure the talent they need. This role suits someone with previous recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants the opportunity to grow.
You’ll work closely with clients across high-growth technology sectors such as Semiconductors, Automotive and Data Centres. Your communication skills, attention to detail and resilience will be key to your success.
