The Role
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
* Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partners.
* Track and manage leads in CRM systems; ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
* Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
* Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
* Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
* Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
* Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
Essentials
* Experience within the insurance industry (travel experience is a plus) or similar sector experience; eagerness to learn about the industry is valued.
* Ability to analyse financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
* Basic knowledge of data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data-driven decision making.
* Awareness of business laws, contracts, and corporate governance.
* Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for business efficiency.
