We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based in various locations.
Location: Rainham
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours a week

What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Your day to day will include:
* Managing operational resources, including people and physical assets, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices
* Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
* You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
* You have proven experience in a site management role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects
* You're working towards or hold professional membership with a relevant professional body
* You're an excellent communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels
* You're highly organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction
