Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Frankie Coffee Systems UK is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our database across various sectors and channels, and seeking out new business opportunities.
While being a fan of coffee is not essential, this role offers an exciting opportunity to sell high-end fully automatic coffee machines and work with customers to meet their expectations.
1. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions along with first-class service and support.
2. Work closely with internal departments to ensure processes are followed, orders are fulfilled, and client queries are handled effectively and professionally.
3. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry.
5. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
1. Some experience in business development or account management, preferably related to coffee or coffee equipment, is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Quick learner capable of understanding and communicating technical information effectively.
5. High enthusiasm and eagerness for new challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers and end-user sites.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
