We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor with initiative, integrity and excellent communication skills who can make a real difference to pupils’ lives. As a Rights Respecting Gold Award school, we would like our Learning Mentor to share our values and approaches, with a commitment to be a rights bearer for all children. Our Learning Mentor will ideally already have experience and training in trauma-informed interventions (either Thrive, or other similar). Our school supports many pupils with complex SEMH and medical needs and so our Learning Mentor will need to be flexible to support a range of individual needs. They will also be part of our Breakfast Club team, providing a positive start to the day for individuals and groups of pupils.
