Re-uz deploys our activities dedicated to the production, rental, sale, as well as collection, sorting and washing of reusable containers, notably Ecocup®, across the UK, Europe and Canada. Winner of several innovation awards, Re-uz (and in particular Ecocup® by Re-uz) has historically dedicated itself to musical, cultural and sporting events (notably the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games). Our business is diversifying into other segments, notably commercial and institutional catering, where reusable solutions and associated services (collection, sorting and washing) are also offered. Following a job creation, we are looking for a HR Manager who will report to the Managing Director Re-uz UK. In a rapidly evolving context, you will be the key HR reference in the UK. Acting as the right-hand to the UK Managing Director, your role is to structure, animate and professionalise HR practices locally while ensuring alignment with the Group HR vision. Main duties : HR Structuring & Compliance - Set up HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee follow-up, performance reviews…) - Standardise contracts, pay processes and compliance (with internal or external support) - Monitor employment law compliance and anticipate social obligations Change Management & Organisation Support - Be the local HR partner during key transformations (Odoo implementation, RFID, e-commerce roadmap) - Support managers in shaping their teams and defining roles and responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Development - Lead recruitment campaigns (permanent and seasonal roles) - Map job roles and competencies and support career development initiatives HR Communication & Culture - Build a shared culture across the UK business units - Develop internal communications, support employer branding and onboarding experience - Coordinate with Group HR on transversal topics (B Corp, Diversity, Inclusion, etc.) Profile required : - 5–8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within logistics, events, or a multi-site organisation - Solid knowledge of UK employment law - Fluent in English (French is a plus) - Hands-on, autonomous, mobile and people-oriented - Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a solution-driven mindset Additional information : ✓ Position available immediately ✓ CDI, Full-time ✓ Based in Birmingham / Manchester / Greater London / Bristol areas (with regular travel across UK sites) ✓ Travel to be expected in the UK and more generally in Europe. ✓ Mobility within the Group possible This position is open to anyone who wants to join us regardless of their background or career path, as long as our mutual expectations meet.
