The Assisted Conception Service (ACS) at Glasgow Royal Infirmary is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Quality Manager. This post is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Quality Manager will work as part of the scientific service and will be a key member of the wider ACS multidisciplinary team, responsible for the performance and delivery of an efficient Quality Management System, compliance with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) and the HFE Act, and the delivery of Directorate projects. The role also involves providing audit training to clinical and scientific staff.
Responsibilities
 * Direct and manage the performance and delivery of the Quality Management System.
 * Ensure quality monitoring to meet and maintain regulatory and accreditation requirements.
 * Lead and direct quality management systems.
 * Deliver Directorate projects and work streams.
 * Provide audit training to clinical and scientific staff.
Qualifications
 * A Life Sciences degree with a relevant MSc or equivalent.
 * Specific knowledge and previous experience of leading and directing Quality Management Systems.
 * Postgraduate qualification in quality management is desirable.
