Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop HR strategies for transformation and growth, advise on talent management, and support workforce planning.
* Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and develop employee engagement programs.
* Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipeline, and guide leadership development.
* Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
* HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement HR metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
* Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, stay updated on legal changes, and oversee HR operations for compliance.
* Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, manage culture change, and support leadership during transitions.
* People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team, coach leaders, and review HR team performance.

Person Specification:
Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent with proven HR leadership experience.
Experience: Strategic HR leadership in dynamic environments, employee relations, performance management, change management, and proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Sage HR). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrates commitment to leadership development, business acumen, adaptability, and relationship building.
