*OVERSEEING NEW BUILD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT* We're Hiring: Freelance Senior Site Manager Location: Winsford Sectors: Housing Project Types: New build housing Dayrate: £300 - £325 per day Duration: Ongoing Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a new build housing development of 40 units in Winsford starting ASAP Overseeing the subcontractors on-site of the new build and ensuring project is on schedule, H&S is adhered to, and works are carried out to specification.
