We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the high-performing and dedicated Human Resources and Payroll team. You will support the Human Resources Team with a wide range of administrative duties, primarily focusing on attracting and recruiting talented staff. You will lead the administration of the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new staff, while maintaining excellent customer service to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Salary Details: BS14-18 (BAR) 19 - 21 - currently £24,358 - £25,435 (BAR) £25,743 - £27,603 per annum
This is a 6-point extended scale with annual progression. Please note, progression beyond the bar depends on internal conditions. Starting salaries will be assessed according to the College's salary matrix.
Contract Type: Salaried - Permanent
Hours of Work: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro-rata (increasing to 32 days for 5+ years of service) plus 8 Bank Holidays and College closure days per year
Qualifications: Hold a relevant minimum Level 3 qualification. A Human Resources-related qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
You should have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and a passion for working with people. You will demonstrate excellent IT and administrative skills with an organized approach to work.
You must have a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining high confidentiality. Building excellent relationships with staff and acting as the main contact for recruitment queries is essential. You should be committed to continuous personal development and passionate about enhancing your skills.
Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is desirable, but we welcome applications from those seeking to start a career in this field.
