OFFICE MANAGER – LAW FIRM
* Part-time, permanent (3 days per week)
Our client is a highly respected, client-focused law firm. They enjoy a reputation for providing excellent legal advice to individuals and businesses in Northern Ireland for close on 100 years.
As a result of the growth of the firm, they wish to appoint an experienced and organised
Office Manager
to oversee the daily operations of the firm.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the firm's operational procedures, HR function, and regulatory compliance in line with the Law Society of Northern Ireland standards, in addition to providing administrative support to solicitors.
You
The successful candidate will have proven experience in office management, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Additionally you will:
* Have a strong understanding of legal office procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Be proficient in MS Office and legal case management systems.
* Ideally have experience working within Northern Ireland's legal sector.
* Be familiar with Law Society of NI regulations.
* Have a working knowledge of Lexcel, GDPR, and AML compliance procedures.
* Have a HR or legal administration qualification.
