What will I be doing?
As a Lead Housekeeper, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Lead Housekeeper will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Allocate work duties to Team Members
2. Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
3. Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
4. Inspect, routinely, service areas, storerooms, and corridors
5. Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
6. Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets standards
7. Manage stock control and equipment maintenance efficiently
8. Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and special requirements
9. Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
What are we looking for?
1. Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
2. A successful track record of managing a team
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills
4. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
5. Proficiency with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office (preferred)
