We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist with a positive, can-do attitude to promote professionalism at all times. As front-of-house contact, you will provide all visitors with the first and last impression of the Clinic, hence, exuding a warm and engaging personality is crucial. The role involves: Welcoming Patients into our Clinic in a professional and courteous manner. Completing relevant sign-in sheets/questionnaires with Patients. Setting up clinics to ensure allpertinent information and necessary equipment is available. Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying Medical staff of patients arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and advising Patients of service delays. Patient focused: Anticipating patients anxieties and answering patients questions. Facilitating payments. Scheduling appointments as and when required. Providing an effective support service to the clinicians and admin team. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Prioritising incoming mail taking appropriate action where necessary, processing outgoing mail. Maintaining a tidy reception desk and public areas. Scanning all patient documentation with accuracy. Responding to enquiries in a timely manner. Ensuring clinics are well coordinated. Job Requirements: Two years plus experience in a receptionist/administrative role ideally in a Clinical setting. Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment. Passionate for high quality patient safety and care. Excellent communication skills. Strong Attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient patient management.
