Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll connect with existing clients to identify their business challenges and recommend relevant Citation services. This is a consultative sales role focused on deepening relationships, adding value, and driving revenue through tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do:
* Engage and consult with existing clients to uncover needs
* Recommend services that support their business success
* Deliver compelling pitches and handle objections with confidence
* Manage your pipeline via CRM and stay organised
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results

* Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
* Resilience, drive, and a client-first approach
* Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
