Senior HR Manager - Stamford On-site – 5 days £75,000-£85,000 Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for a Senior HR Manager, responsible for the people and culture for the site. This is a key leadership role supporting all aspects of the employee life-cycle. What you'll be doing: Provide generalist HR support to a busy engineering site, supporting with Recruitment, ER, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management etc. Whilst overseeing the HR administration function, you will also be required to assist where necessary. HR Strategy & Planning - Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives. Handle legal matters related to employment issues, such as discrimination claims or labour disputes. Provide leadership and guidance to HR Generalist and ensure all priorities and deadlines are met. Represent the HR function in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Must have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR, within a manufacturing/engineering business. Graduate calibre with applicable accredited CIPD qualification, desired. Strong planning skills, demonstrating the ability to develop and execute a high-quality HR plan. Excellent systems/process management, ensuring compliance with HR policy and guidelines.
