Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus (~£15k OTE) + Benefits

1. Reward Strategy: Design and lead global compensation and pay-for-performance strategies.
2. Payroll Oversight: Manage multi-country outsourced payroll and ensure smooth operations.
