We’re on the lookout for a Site Manager to join our high-performing Construction team in the West Midlands, working on landmark, technically challenging projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role
As a Site Manager at Wates, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, safety, and project success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to deliver excellence at every stage of the build.
You will:
* Champion our Zero Harm safety culture and implement the Wates Operating Framework
* Lead on Quality Management in line with the Project Quality Plan
* Take ownership of programme planning and milestone management in collaboration with the supply chain
* Dive into the details— review and interpret all relevant design information for your area of responsibility
