Sales Executive – New Homes
Location: Spennymoor, Durham (initially covering sites across North Yorkshire)
Salary: £30,000 basic + £50,000 OTE
Our client, a respected and growing new home developer, is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. This role will initially cover developments across North Yorkshire, before being based full-time at the Spennymoor, Durham site once completed.

The Role
You will be the guiding hand that helps customers find and buy the home that’s right for them, making what can be a stressful experience a wonderful one. From reservation to handover, you’ll support purchasers as they make the decisions — big and small — that turn their dreams into reality.
You’ll use your excellent organisational and communication skills to reassure homebuyers, progress purchases, and keep internal systems updated, ensuring the management team always has accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the buying journey.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver quality homes and an exceptional customer experience.
* Use strong negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with the wider team to drive site visitors and maximise conversions.
* Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to ensure purchases progress to exchange and completion.
* Manage all sales administration from reservation through to completion using onsite IT systems.
* Produce clear and professional written communication.
* Guide customers through specification choices and the handover process.
Experience Required
Essential:
* Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within housebuilding, property, or a customer-facing environment.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience guiding customers through the home-buying process, including qualification and reservation.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Desirable:
* Understanding of the property market and new build sales processes.
