Job Description:
A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with potential for a permanent position.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling a steady pipeline of work including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. They also undertake broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role can be performed fully remotely within the UK. It offers flexibility to work on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
