The Role: The Senior Lead Generator role is designed for experienced outbound sales professionals who can consistently deliver high-quality, pricing-ready opportunities. This is not an entry-level position. You will be expected to work at pace, control calls confidently, and qualify opportunities to a higher commercial standard than the entry role. Your work directly impacts conversion, revenue and team performance. You will be targeted from day one and expected to hit the ground running, with a structured probation ramp in place. What You Will Be Doing Day to Day: ☎️ Running high-quality outbound B2B calling with pace and control ️ Engaging confidently with business decision makers and handling objections professionally Securing and validating commercial energy bills and supporting information Delivering deeper commercial qualification including renewal timelines, stakeholders and decision processes Maintaining excellent CRM discipline with clean, compliant and revenue-ready records Passing high-conversion opportunities to the Corporate Pricing team Delivering against revenue targets from day one, with a structured probation ramp Working closely with Pricing and Sales leadership to continuously improve opportunity quality What We are Looking For: Proven outbound B2B sales experience Strong call control and objection handling skills A verifiable track record of hitting targets consistently High standards around data accuracy, quality and compliance Confidence working in a performance-led, target-driven environment ⚡ A professional mindset and accountability for results Energy or utilities experience is beneficial but not essential.
