Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role, based in Mansfield. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and providing tailored solutions for industrial printing and embroidery equipment needs. Responsibilities include identifying client requirements, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding the latest technologies and working closely with the support and training teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships and meet sales goals.
* Customer service and communication skills to effectively engage and assist clients.
* Technical understanding of industrial printing and embroidery equipment or a willingness to learn on the job.
* Proven ability for organizational and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools to manage client data and sales reporting.
* Willingness to work on‑site in Mansfield and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Previous sales experience in printing, embroidery, or industrial machinery is a plus.
