Salary:£25,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours:42hrs per week
Lookers SKODA is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team on site. Specialising in both new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.
As part of our hardworking sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, who will support your professional growth and help develop your skills, allowing you to establish a strong career within the industry. Our onsite Sales Team includes two Sales Managers, a Business Manager, and six Sales Executives who will support you daily.
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
* Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Negotiating the final sale price
* Completing all relevant paperwork for each sale
* Create and maintain a site parking plan
* Assist with unloading new/used vehicles and ensure they are parked correctly
* Assist the workshop in preparing cars for technicians
* Keep the customer car park clear at all times
* Maintain site health and safety standards, ensuring roadways and pathways are clear
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we welcome new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.

As part of our commitment to improving onboarding, our Sales Induction Programme has been redesigned as a 3-day induction at our impressive Head Office in Altrincham. Attendance may involve travel and overnight stays, which will be covered by our expenses policy.
